Cancellation Policy:

Customers can request a cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase from www.tierracare.in. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, you may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returns will not be accepted for products that have been partially used or for products with broken seals at the customer's end.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The product seal must be intact and not broken at the customer's end.
